🔶 Сегодня в нашем Управлении прошли обучение сотрудники отдела правовой экспертизы и оказания бесплатной юридической помощи Многофункционального центра (МФЦ) по теме «Назначение и выплата ЕДК на ЖКУ для федеральных и региональных категорий льготников».
📝 Обучение провели специалисты отдела организации и назначения мер социальной поддержки Управления: главный специалист-эксперт Юлия Павлова и главный специалист назначения МСП Варвара Семенова.
📍 Цель обучения —повысить качество консультирования граждан о льготах на оплату ЖКУ в МФЦ.
🙌 Обучение позволило юристам МФЦ не только изучить теоретические аспекты, но и получить ответы на все интересующие их вопросы.
